SIGIL CONSULTING GROUP SA, INITIATES PROJECT FOR EVALUATION AND FORMULATION OF NATIONAL PHARMACEUTIC
As part of the Program for reorganization, redesign and modernization of health service delivery networks, financed by the Inter-American Development Bank, the Financial Fund for Development Projects - FONADE - and the Ministry of Social Protection of Colombia, sign the Contract number 2110838 of consulting services with the Econometrics UTE - SEI - SIGIL Consulting Group SA, for the execution of the project "Elaboration of the diagnosis of the current situation of access, rational use and quality of medicines, supplies and medical devices, Evaluation of the National Pharmaceutical Policy defined in 2003 using methodology of logical framework and participatory approach ". The purpose of this project is to carry out the evaluation of the current NFP and the updated situational diagnosis for these three technical aspects, which will allow, through the logical framework methodology and the program theory approach, to define the technical bases for the formulation of a Document of Public Policy - CONPES - that dictates the new policies in this matter and that will be presented by the National Government of Colombia at the end of 2011.
